The website operator of Solutions JMD (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), which is the company Solutions JMD, s. r. o., Hrabovská cesta 1659/9, Ružomberok, 034 01, Slovakia, ID (IČO): 50 471 431, ensures the protection of personal data of visitors and customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subject”). The processing of personal data is governed by the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.

1. Processing of Personal Data for Newsletter Subscription

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your data for the purpose of sending information about products, services, and news (marketing).

  • Legal basis: Consent of the data subject (Art. 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation).
  • Processing period: For the duration of interest in receiving news, at most until the withdrawal of consent.

2. Processing of Data via Contact Form

If you contact us regarding interest in our services or with a inquiry, we process your data for the purpose of feedback and communication.

  • Scope of data: First name, last name, email address (or phone number, if provided).
  • Legal basis: Consent of the data subject, or legitimate interest in processing your request.
  • Processing period: For the period necessary to handle the request and subsequent communication, for a maximum of 2 years if no contract is concluded.

3. Data Recipients and Transfer to Third Countries

Personal data may be provided to contractual processors (e.g., IT service providers, newsletter management). The Operator does not provide personal data to third parties for commercial purposes and does not transfer data to third countries outside the EU or to international organizations. No automated decision-making or profiling occurs during processing.
